Delivery Information

You can collect from our store for free during shop opening hours & there is a free car park at the rear of the store. Alternatively, you can choose to have your items delivered on a standard or express delivery. Standard delivery we aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 3-5 working days of receiving your order.

Express Delivery £8.95

Dispatched & delivered within 1-3 working days

Orders over £75 free delivery

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

UK Isles & Highlands

This applies to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Isle of Scilly.

Dispatched & delivered within 5-7 working days.

International Delivery

Worldwide shipping available: Subject to country, location, postage restrictions & local import duty. Please contact us.


We are happy for customers to arrange their own courier should they prefer please contact us.

Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on pre-order. This is shown alongside the product, but if you have any queries on lead times please do send us an email. Please bear in mind we are a small company and we don't hold all items in stock however we aim to have your order ready for despatch within 10-14 days in this instance. 
During Sale and Promotions lead times may be extended.

All services are tracked. Tracking information will be provided by the courier to the email attached to the order.  

 

Delivery Terms:

We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your items as quick as possible. As our delivery service is outsourced to external couriers, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the time stated at checkout. During busy times e.g Black Friday & Christmas, there may be some slight delays in delivery times, although we will do our very best to ensure this is not the case.

You will receive links from the courier prior to your delivery being attempted.

In the event of a customer inputting the wrong delivery address in to their order, we cannot unfortunately take responsibility for this order being delivered to the wrong address. We will try our best to locate the parcel and attempt to get it redelivered to the correct location. Please also double check your order confirmation email to ensure you have ordered the items you desire. We cannot pay for the return postage if you order the incorrect items by mistake.
